IgCrew (Impact Goose Crew), a trade name of Wolmes LLC, 980 N Michigan Ave, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL 60611, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, organization, appointment preferences, messages, reviews and anything else you choose to send through our forms.
• Newsletter information: the email address and first name you use to join The Crew Letter.
• Website usage: standard server logs such as browser type, pages visited and IP address, kept by our hosting provider for security and performance, plus analytics described below.
• Assistant questions: the questions you type into our website assistant (see below).

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and schedule appointments
• To send The Crew Letter and event updates you asked for
• To send text messages if you opted in
• To improve our lessons and website

SMS communications

If you opt in, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders, Crew Letter lessons, event announcements and feedback requests. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Website assistant (Goose Guide)

Our on-site assistant answers general questions about IgCrew and money basics. When AI answers are switched on, the messages you type are sent securely to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply, under Anthropic's commercial terms, which do not allow your messages to be used to train their models. We save the text of visitor questions without names, emails or IP addresses to learn which topics to teach next. Please don't type account numbers, ID numbers or health details into the assistant. If you choose "Talk to a person", the name, email and message you enter are emailed to our team like any other form.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which lessons are read and which buttons are clicked) so we can improve it. These tools use cookies and similar technology and may record anonymized page interactions; text you type into forms is masked. We do not use advertising cookies and we never sell your data. You can decline analytics in the notice shown on your first visit, change your choice any time with "Privacy choices" in the footer, or use your browser's privacy settings. Our assistant also remembers your current chat in your browser tab until you close it.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the website, email, analytics and assistant (our web host, email provider, Google, Microsoft and Anthropic), when required by law, or with your permission.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial details through the website.

Your privacy choices

• Update: ask us to correct your information.
• Delete: ask us to delete your information where applicable.
• Opt out: unsubscribe from emails using the link in any Crew Letter, reply STOP to texts, or use the preferences form.

Children

Our website is intended for adults. Kids Programs are offered with parents, schools or community partners, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
