How IgCrew uses text messages, and how you stay in control. Last updated October 2026.
SMS program overview
IgCrew (Impact Goose Crew), a trade name of Wolmes LLC, may send text messages to people who ask to receive them. We use texts for appointment confirmations and reminders, Crew Letter lessons, educational event announcements and feedback requests. SMS consent is completely voluntary and is never required to purchase any product or service.
How you opt in
- Checking the optional SMS consent box on our appointment, contact or other website forms
- Requesting appointment updates by text when you book
- Giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you
Types of messages
| Message type | When you may receive it |

| Appointment confirmations | When you request a Family Impact Review or other appointment. |
| Appointment reminders | Before a scheduled conversation or workshop. |
| Crew Letter lessons | The weekly Golden Move and new free lessons, if you ask for them. |
| Event announcements | Workshops, Saturday Money Talk and the Legacy Wealth Festival. |
| Feedback requests | An occasional invitation to tell us how we did. |
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and the updates you asked for. In general you will only receive the messages needed for your requested appointments and the communications you agreed to.
Managing your SMS preferences
- STOP: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
- HELP: Reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@impactgoosecrew.com.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell your mobile number. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your number is used only for the communications you agreed to and is protected under our Privacy Policy.
Change how we reach you.
Update your phone number, stop marketing messages, or keep appointment messages only. You can also reply STOP to any text.
